Role

You will be involved in building an enterprise class cloud data warehouse (or lake house), using most modern technologies data tools.

Technical Skillset

Expert in data warehousing concepts and principles
Experience of working on Enterprise Data Warehouses
Strong experience with Azure Data Stack
Expert in building and configuring pipeline in Azure Data Factory
Some experience working with Databricks or Spark
Good understanding of Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database or SQL Data Warehouse
Expert in writing complex T SQL procedures and tuning complex SQL queries
Efficient in data modelling based on Inmon or Kimball methodologies
Knowledge of modern various PaaS and IaaS cloud technologies
Basic experience of Azure Infrastructure deployment using ARM templated or Terraform
Ability to transform high level design into detailed technical implementation
Working knowledge of Power BI or any other similar data visualisation tools

Able to conduct code reviews on the work done by other members of the team
Ability to mentor junior members of the team
Good communication skills in spoken and written English
Exposure to best practices and frameworks
Should keep work at hand organized and structured. Able to create templates, establish own standards based on client inputs
