The delivered solution applies business and accounting rules to transform source data into forecasting and actuals outputs. The system integrates with the client’s IT infrastructure and their exacting IT standards and control framework. Key features of the solution include:

• Management of feeds from multiple data sources
• Full general ledger integration
• Near real-time data refresh to support analysis and reporting
• Full audit trail and transaction history
• Extensive query and analysis functionality, including transaction drill-through
• Integration with Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support management reporting and data visualisation. A number of modules have been deployed to deliver end-to-end processing requirements, including:
  • Rules based calculation and allocation engines (including Earnings, Expense allocations, and Forecasting)
  • Integrated posting engine
  • FX conversions
  • Formatted outputs to deliver specific reporting requirements, including QMA’s, GAAP, and SII reporting

Ongoing Support

Xyenta provides ongoing support using a dedicated Support Desk to manage Finance change requests and to provide support directly to users.
